For renewable you have to go to the panel, then you will see client icon in the top of the right side corner as showing below click on that icon, there is an option available for price & plan click on that

Now under price & plan you will be able to see there is a three type of plan for basic,economy premium as showing below you can select any of these plan as per your requirement by clicking on subscribe, renewable from there
