Appointeze manages your appointments and leads as well. Before adding any lead, you need to add leads stages and type so you can differentiate all the leads while adding that at which stage the lead is and what type of lead it was.

FOR ADDING LEAD STAGES:

• Go to Leads module> Now move to the right top button Action, from drop-down select Lead setting.
• Now Under Lead Stages, Add your stages click on (+) Plus sign.
• A window will appear to Add the Lead Stage name, once done click on Save Button.
• Later if you like, to edit any stage edit icon is available on the side of each lead stage.
  

FOR ADDING LEAD TYPE:

• Go to Leads module> Now move to the right top button Action, from drop-down select Lead setting.
• Now Under Lead types, Add your types click on (+) Plus sign.
• A window will appear to Add the Lead type name, once done click on Save Button.
• Later if you like, to edit any type edit icon is available on the side of each lead type.
